Mbappé’s Return to Real Madrid
Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti said last Tuesday that his French international striker Kylian Mbappé is preparing to return to action against arch-rivals Barcelona in the Copa del Rey final.

Mbappé missed the capital club’s 1-0 victory over Athletic Bilbao last Sunday in the 32nd round of La Liga due to an ankle injury, and he also missed Wednesday’s match against Getafe.

The French captain was injured in the closing minutes of his team’s 2-1 defeat to Arsenal in the second leg of the Champions League quarter-finals last Wednesday, but he and fellow defender Ferland Mendy are expected to be fit for El Clasico.

The final will take place at the Estadio De La Cartuja in Sevilla, Spain.
