Manchester United vs Athletic Club: kick-off time

Manchester United will host Spanish side Athletic Club next Thursday at San Mamés Stadium in the first leg of the 2024-25 Europa League semi-final.

Manchester United will be looking to secure a positive result to ease their task ahead of the second leg at Old Trafford a week later, in an attempt to salvage their season by qualifying for the Champions League by winning the continental title.

On the other hand, Athletic Club is considered one of the strongest contenders for the title, given their exceptional Europa League run, led by brilliant winger Neco Williams.

Manchester United advanced to the last four after a historic comeback against Lyon, while Bilbao had no trouble defeating Scottish side Glasgow Rangers.

The match will take place at the Estadio de San Mames in Bilbao, which will also host the Europa League final on May 21.
